Beholding His Face - Jasmine's Journey of Healing

This morning I listened to a nine minute message by David Wilkerson on YouTube (The Ministry of Beholding His Face) and it brought me to a place of worship and determination.

He talked about being in the ministry of beholding the face of Jesus. That's the ministry I want to be known for. I don't want to be known by titles or accomplishments, I want people to see and take note that I have been with Jesus.

David Wilkerson said that to behold something is to fix our gaze there and make the decision that we will not move from that position. That position is my place of worship. It's also my place of determination as I get to know personally the Jesus Who heals. The beauty is if I come to Him with my "agenda" of healing, my purpose and attitude will change to worship as I sit and "behold" Him.

Jesus knows my heart for Him and He also knows my heart for Jasmine and the years of suffering she has endured. I, however, don't fully know HIS heart for Jasmine and it's by "beholding" that I can begin to feel the heartbeat of His love for her and get to know Him as her Healer.
